We all have goals but are you one of the many people, who have tried hard to improve yourself and your life? What are your goals? Maybe you want to lose some weight, overcome self- sabotaging behavior or pursue a more-exciting career. However, despite your efforts and good intentions somehow you still haven’t been able to reach your goals.
I found that there are four major reasons that can prevent us from reaching our goals:
1. We focus on the problem rather on that what we want
2. Our mind is too rigid
3. We get distracted and confused by too many options and don’t fully commit to any
4. We don’t take consistent action
