Stress is at the root of a long list of emotional and physical challenges, including anxiety, depression, heart disease, and cancer. Stress can also greatly diminish the immune response to viruses and bacteria.
This is especially significant right now, as we go through one of the most challenging periods in our lifetime. Facing the risk of COVID-19 on a daily basis, we cannot afford to let stress take over.
My guest on this upcoming episode of Empowerment Radio is Master Mingtong Gu, a man who brought a form of Chinese healing-Wisdom Healing Qigong-to the West. If you have heard the term Qigong before, it is likely you have equated it with just another form of slow martial arts. But, as practiced in Wisdom Healing Qigong, Qigong ("chee-gong") is actually a profound 5,000-year-old Chinese healing system that has significant implications for those who are struggling with stress, fear, and loneliness.
Join us on Empowerment Radio this Thursday, September 17th at Noon ET / 9 AM PT (or tune in on Facebook Live). In this episode, Master Mingtong will share how simple movements, sound healing, and meditation woven into the practice of Wisdom Healing Qigong can help your mind and body become more resilient and your spirit more connected to the regenerative universal chi energy.
Here is a video by Master Mingtong Gu on how to activate your healing abilities.
