Setting Healthy Boundaries Guided Meditation and Visualization

There are four boundaries that we can observe in order to become more independent, and do not give our power away by constantly feeling the need to please others.

Those four boundaries are:

  • External boundaries (ex. Saying “no”)
  • Internal boundaries (ex. No longer ruminating on people or circumstances)
  • Releasing imprints (ex. Old survival patterns)
  • Forcefield of compassion (ex. Recognizing someone’s pain, and their capability to overcome it themselves)

In this visualization, I will introduce and guide you through the four boundaries to help you stop pleasing others at the expense of your own health and happiness.
